- Perform multi-program Risk Analyses to include qualitative/quantitative analyses of project scope, schedule and cost.
- Generate probabilistic budgetary and milestone plans in order to maximize project success and stakeholder ROI. Provide probabilistic cash flow scenarios at varying confidence levels in order to guide client strategy.
- Evaluate, objectively assess and utilize key applications to ensure project Earned Value compliance with International and Federal Standards.
- Generate or review Project Control System Descriptions (PCSD).
- Integrate complex and robust project schedules originating from heterogeneous data sources.
- Build DCMA 14-Point compliant schedules producing comprehensive estimations of project resource requirements, time-phasing of budget and critical path analyses.
- Establish or review existing Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) with Federal Guidance and provided follow-up executive summaries to include executable corrective action plans.
- Systematically decompose RFP scope into project proposals including fully burdened and time-phased schedules/plans for both government and private bidders.
- Progress and provide change control on existing baseline schedules to allow for integration and consolidation of local or multi-nation/global projects.
- Leverage existing data to evolve the Decision Support System through analysis of life-cycle cost to include monitor & control of project risk.
- Work in tandem with clients to seamlessly upgrade and convert cost, schedule and scoping data between project management platforms.
